Clinical Consultation
Therapy asks you to show up fully, again and again, for the people in your care. Having a dedicated space to step back — to reconnect with yourself as a clinician — matters, both to the quality of the therapeutic relationship and to your own well-being. Consultation offers a chance to look more clearly at a difficult case or long-term work, to notice where you may have become stuck, and to return with renewed perspective and curiosity.
I offer consultation to therapists at all stages of their professional journey — from those working toward licensure to experienced clinicians looking to deepen their practice or navigate complex clinical material and dynamics. Areas I offer clinical support on include case conceptualization, relational dynamics, complex trauma, self-of-therapist topics including counter-transference, and professional development.
I am passionate about the relational dimension of this work. I believe we continue to grow both clinically and personally through honest, supportive relationships with our peers in community. I offer a collaborative space grounded in a shared commitment to doing this work consciously and with care.
