  • The initial appointment is an opportunity to discuss presenting issues you would like to address in therapy. While we might not roll up our sleeves all the way, we’ll begin the process of learning how therapy can support you and get a feel for how we may work together.

  • Appointments are 55 minutes long. 90 minute appointments are also available, most commonly for couples and families.

  • Yes I do! I offer remote appointments on a HIPAA compliant video platform for your confidentiality.

  • As you initiate therapy, weekly appointments are recommended. This affords an opportunity to foster a working relationship together and also gain some momentum in addressing the topics that bring you into therapy. Bi-weekly appointments are available, and frequency of meetings are assessed throughout the course of treatment based on needs.

  • Yes I do. I am in network with BCBS PPO, BCBS Blue Choice PPO, Optum/United HealthCare PPO & Aetna PPO.

    I also provide super bill statements for out of network reimbursements.

  • Yes, of course. I am happy to schedule a 15 min phone or video call to introduce ourselves and see if we may be a good fit for therapy.

  • I accept all major credit cards, as well as most HSA & FSA cards.

  • Yes, I do offer a select few lowered rates for appointments based on need.
